and conditions. Payments for purchases are processed via Paypal, which is a secure third party website. Paypal accepts all major credit cards and bank accounts and does not share your payment information with us.
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority
Mail unless you request and pay for another shipping method. USPS Priority Mail
normally takes 2 -3 business days to reach most US destinations but USPS does not
guarantee delivery times. USPS Priority Mail rates do not include insurance, so
if you prefer insurance please contact us and we will provide a cost estimate.
We are not responsible for packages that are not delivered in the time frames
provided by USPS/UPS nor are we responsible for goods once they leave our
premises if USPS/UPS does not deliver. We will however endeavor to assist you
with USPS/UPS if goods are not delivered in the time frames provided. If a package is returned to us in the event that delivery was not successful, we can reship the package at your request and at your expense. Alternatively we can issue a refund for the purchase less any associated shipping costs.
International & Express Mail
shipments require payment of additional shipping costs and
telephone contact information is required for shipping documents.
Please contact us directly if you need us to ship internationally or via any
method other than USPS Priority Mail and we will
provide an estimate of shipping costs etc.
If you require insurance or another shipping method please
request an estimate for the shipping & insurance cost via email or make a note
at time of check out. We will forward an invoice to you for the additional
shipping costs which are required to be paid prior to shipping your order. All
orders received will be shipped the next business day at the latest.
The free
shipping offer on retail orders over $50.00 qualifies the customer for free USPS Priority Mail only - if another method of shipping, such as insurance or international shipping, is required, please
contact us for an estimate.

Slight variations may occur in design as all products are hand made.
We reserve the right to discontinue any item or change
any color at any time. Any orders for special colors or color combinations
require a 50% deposit at time of order placement. Goods will not be ordered
until this deposit is received and this deposit is non-refundable should an
order be canceled.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The buyer will be billed at
the price in effect at the time the order is placed.
All/any orders that are returned may be subject to a 20% repackaging/restocking fee.
Return authorization is required. Returns (excluding back orders) will only be
authorized within 7 days of receipt of goods by the buyer. Thereafter no
returns are accepted. Goods returned must be in saleable condition and have
all wrapping intact. Shipping costs are not reunded under any circumstances.
Returns for tennis jewelry can only be authorized within 7 days of receipt of goods. Thereafter no returns of jewlery can be processed.
Merchandise is inspected and carefully packed before leaving our warehouse.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to examine merchandise for defects or
shortages immediately upon receipt of shipment. The carrier is responsible for
all shipping damage after the order is dispatched from our warehouse. In case of loss or damage caused by the carrier, a
report should be made to that carrier. Customers must inspect the shipment
upon arrival and note any damages or shortages on the shipping papers before
signing. They should then call the carrier for an inspector and keep all
packing materials.
Buyers who receive concealed damaged and/or defective items must call for
return authorization or fax within 7 calendar days of the invoice date. Credit
cannot be given without prior authorization. We must be
notified of missing cartons and shortages within 7 calendar days of the
invoice date.
All collection costs and attorney fees for unpaid accounts will be for the
customer’s account.
